I visited TGI Fridays Birmingham with my wife on Friday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere and interior are rich with history, creating a unique and welcoming vibe. Right at the reception, there’s a Harley-Davidson on display—I couldn’t help but imagine taking it for a ride! The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive, especially Louisa from France. And you know what? French people are so friendly and full of humour! Thanks to her, we had an amazing time. She even joked that I could ride the motorbike—as long as I wore a helmet! So I’m already looking forward to my next visit. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special!
Amazing experience from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Amy. She helped us to a lovely table central to the restaurant, we loved the atmosphere! Our waiter Daniel was also impeccable. Gave us good food and drink recommendations and nothing was too much for him. Thank you to everyone at TGIF and we will definitely be back soon

Had an amazing experience today while at TGIs. The bottomless wings deal was incredible! Big, tasty wings with beautiful flavours. What made the visit 5 star was the service we had from Milly. She was engaging, polite, friendly and never left us needing to ask for a top us for drinks or food. All of the above, served with a smile. Thank you Milly
I had a meal and some delicious cocktails with my mother in the 2023 summer months. It's a fun place to eat with lots of musical artifacts on the walls. Good atmosphere with wonderful views over the Resort World's lake. The liqueur coffee cocktails were really decadent
I went with my mom and sister to TGI Fridays and the food we had was exceptional. We had the TGI wings with jack daniels sauce, TGI special smashed burger and Mac and cheese and everything tasted so nice. But I would like to give a special mention to Malik who served us at the NEC branch. His customer service was very very good and it made us want to return again. Please pass on this message to him and let him know that his assistance and great customer service goes a long way. Thanks
